Met up with my best friend, Joanne, from my sec 2 days just now. Went to central sq/mall and had this very very nice prawn spaghetti with basel leaf @wakaru (cant rmb the exact name)=D Its a japanese restaurant. Considering the fact that I dont really like jap food and dont really like spaghetti, when I say its nice, its REALLY nice. Prawns are very fresh and the spaghet has a tinge of garlic taste. Fabulous!
Then we went in search of bags, shoes, shorts etc etc and finally made our way to Far East. haha.. want to strongly recommend this shop called stitch.com. The prints on their tshirts are really funny and the quality is not bad. One reads: Fat People are harder to kidnap. haha.. the only irony is that that tshirt is one of the size: small. Joanne bought a t-shirt from there after falling in love with it the moment we stepped into the shop, therefore foregoing a new bag for the time being. I finally bought another pair of slippers. Its quite similar to the one that I had. Nothing special and just plain white. Not particularly nice but comfortable, convenient and practical=) Perfect for school and for long hours of shopping. Its the relax-even-though-its-raining kind of slippers. No more doing duck walk everytime it rains!
hee.. Joanne hasnt changed since our secondary school days, other than maybe its contacts for her now. The way she laugh, the way she gets excited over a topic.. haha.. how I missed those days that we just LOITER around at Toa Payoh/J8/Hougang or dropping off at the wrong stop when trying to get to sengkang! The hours we spent in front of the TV at her house, on this 'swing-able, rattan chair, watching 流星花园. Getting excited over 柏原崇 and getting scolded together in the Toa Payoh library together! AND standing in front of Poh Kim in J8 and watch the free screening of the 侠nu 闯天关by 赵微 and 吴奇隆. (cant seem to type the hanyu pin yin for nu. Cant find the 'u with the 2dots above it'. haha) Those were the days. The talk-as-loud-on-the-bus-as-you-want days! Loiter until you rot!

Made an attempt yesterday at following up with the marketing emails that I sent out. Called like quite alot but... on MC/leave/not picking up/wrong email/ask me to contact another guy etc etc. haha.. well.. so its like calling day on Monday again!
And realised that I'm quite sotong. There is this '(sender's handphone number)' in the proposal for me to type in my number. But well.. I didnt see it=D wonder if the recepient of the proposals will laugh. Probably even make their day=)
Was so tired yesterday. Probably a result of being too HIGH on Thurs and Friday.
This is the first time I'm adding emotions other than happiness in my 1week-old blog space. TIRED. haha.. A good friend taught me in JC1 to find peace in music, whenever you are scared/worried/tired or... just feel like listening to music=p

I feel fortunate to be merely physically tired but not mentally strained=) Going to sleep for another 10hrs tonight! Its holidays tmr since tuition was cancelled. hee.
