Today

Met Mr mehx at bugis to change the size of the shirt that I bought him for his bday. Realised that he is super... slim. Im a bad judge of size. Guys like to wear big and baggy clothes that seems to make them look bigger than they really are.

Was talking about how his name is hard to rmb and how he wants to give himself an English name. This suddenly reminded me of how my ex-boss always thought that my name was Winnie. Well, as the saying goes: Winnie the Pooh. That'll be WTP. But most people would hav thought that that means WHAT THE PIG, much like the WTH that we always use. hmm.. in my case, that'll really become... Winnie the PIG?? Im really still WEI LING. Not Winnie yea.

Saw quite a few amusing things today. Let me list them in chronological order.

1. 1min out of the national lib, I saw 3 people clearing their nose when they thought no one was looking. Well, Im the 'no one'=)

2. UPS as in the U-P-S courier service was caught by 'no one' when they were hesitating over a turn. No wonder no one has heard them saying 使命必达 with the certainty that DHL has.

3. Saw 2 ang mos sitting outside a high class chinese restaurant munching on Big Mac. Not sure why I found this worth remembering=p

4. Was in a queue to tap my ezlink at the MRT station when a kid appeared from my blindspot and tapped his card just before me. MY. He is cutting queue at.. 4 yrs old?? haha.. but he is DAMN CUTE.

5. Im being bad here: Saw a girl walking in different directions as her 'Mother and sister' (IM ASSUMING) and realising only after a couple of meters.

6. Saw 2 trees on my way home: one is in the shape of a triangle and one in the shape of a circle. Well, which art teacher dares to mark their students down for not drawing trees in their usual fluffy form?!

Realised that Christmas is coming quite soon. Saw the Christmas tree deco outside Raffles City. Pardon me for the lousy shot. Was blocking the way=D

Despite me not being good at all in marketing, there is one sentence that my tutor said that I found to be very true. Look around you and sit down to observe, you'll find many interesting things that people do=D

Found some of the words very nice.. the way they depict loneliness and determination.

Lastly, this was the picture of the sky that I thought looked very nice. Again, its a lousy shot. Wanted to be fast before people walking behind me start thinking that im weird=)
