There were alot of food, alot of talk, alot of people. Nice people I must add. I must admit that it was a little overwhelming, with the number of people I was meeting and the information load that refused to be retained in my head. This was a total speed dating experience, although I must admit to never attending one.
The hotel is a nice place, right across a brightly lit shopping mall. It made me feel safe, wandering about alone. I ordered room service for the first time and it was wanton mee with a tiramisu as dessert. I wished there was someone I could share my excitement about room servicing with at that time.
I promise to enjoy it more, with a bit more zest and a little more energy;)

Chapter 1
Words do matter. I realised, and am relieved, that the first chapter of my work end well. Despite the initial guilt and uncertainty towards leaving, the positive feedback from my supervisor, well.. ex-supervisor to be exact, made me feel that my time had been well spent and my contributions felt. For that, I am certainly grateful for the nurturing environment. Oh mans~ I just do LOVE projects, and the team that comes with it.
Having been described as responsible (even during notice period), careful, detailed, having initiative, is a team player, pulled the team together and did a good job..and is the type of people the company needs... I just feel obliged to document this right here. On my blog.
I acknowledge that I do like consulting.
