Spider out of the Cave

Im suffering from what is widely known as the pre-exams-gan-chiong-spider syndrome. Nervous and couldnt sleep very well.
Its really:
心跳快得很可怕
呼吸大得有气压
手心冒汗可以浇花
Its due to not being prep enough I guess.
